As title suggests, what’s the minimum K8s version for the K8ssandra operator? Can’t seem to find anywhere on the docs.

It’s on the docs landing page: K8ssandra, Apache Cassandra on Kubernetes
We’d need to refresh it, but since k8ssandra-operator v1.2 we support k8s v1.21 to v1.27.
